2. Hosting und Server-Protokolle
Diese Website liegt bei Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Zypern. Beim Aufruf der Seite werden technisch notwendige Daten verarbeitet, zum Beispiel IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Datei, die zuvor besuchte Seite sowie Browser und Betriebssystem. Das dient dem sicheren und stabilen Betrieb der Website. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Die Daten werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie es dafür nötig ist. Hostinger handelt für uns als Auftragsverarbeiter.
3. Anfragen per E-Mail
Das Formular auf dieser Website sendet nichts an unseren Server. Es öffnet Ihr eigenes E-Mail-Programm mit einer vorbereiteten Nachricht, die Sie selbst abschicken. Wenn Sie uns schreiben, verarbeiten wir Ihre Angaben, also etwa Name, Autohaus, Kontaktdaten und Inseratslink, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, sonst lit. f DSGVO. Unser E-Mail-Postfach liegt ebenfalls bei Hostinger. Wir löschen die Daten, wenn sie nicht mehr gebraucht werden und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.
4. Fotos und Inserate, die Sie uns schicken
Wir nutzen Ihre Fotos und Inserate, um Ihr Video zu erstellen. Dafür geben wir die Fotos an technische Dienstleister weiter, die auch außerhalb der EU sitzen können. Bitte schicken Sie uns nur Fotos, an denen Sie die Rechte haben, und möglichst ohne erkennbare Personen und Kennzeichen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
5. Keine Cookies und kein Tracking
Diese Website setzt keine Cookies und nutzt keine Analyse- oder Werbedienste. Schriften und Videos kommen von unserem eigenen Webspace. Wenn Sie die Sprache von Hand umstellen, merkt sich Ihr Browser diese Wahl lokal auf Ihrem Gerät. Sie wird nicht an uns übertragen, und Sie können sie jederzeit in Ihrem Browser löschen.
6. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung und Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 15 bis 20 DSGVO). Sie können der Verarbeitung auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO jederzeit widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO). Außerdem können Sie sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren (Art. 77 DSGVO). Schreiben Sie uns dazu einfach an die oben genannte Adresse.
7. Pflicht zur Angabe von Daten
Sie müssen uns keine Daten geben. Ohne Kontaktdaten können wir Ihnen aber kein Beispielvideo schicken. Eine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung findet nicht statt.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you open a page, technically necessary data is processed, such as your IP address, the date and time, the file requested, the previous page, and your browser and operating system. This keeps the website secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is kept only as long as needed for this purpose. Hostinger acts as our processor.
3. Requests by email
The form on this website sends nothing to our server. It opens your own email app with a prepared message that you send yourself. When you write to us, we process what you give us, such as your name, dealership, contact details and listing link, to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our mailbox is also hosted by Hostinger. We delete the data when it is no longer needed and no legal retention duty applies.
4. Photos and listings you send us
We use your photos and listings to make your video. To do this, we pass the photos to technical service providers, who may be based outside the EU. Please only send photos you hold the rights to, and avoid recognisable people and number plates where you can. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. No cookies and no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and videos come from our own web space. If you switch the language by hand, your browser remembers that choice locally on your device. It is not sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser at any time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing, and to data portability (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR). You can object at any time to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). You can also complain to a data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR). To use these rights, write to the address above.
7. Whether you must provide data
You don't have to give us any data, but without contact details we can't send you a sample video. No automated decision-making takes place.
